John Lucchese, DMD
Dr. John V. Lucchese Jr. is a fellow with the prestigious International Congress Oral Implants in addition to nearly 40+ years of experience accentuating the dental implants, aesthetics, clinical health, and wellness spaces. Coming from a place of experience and passion, Dr. Lucchese Jr. brings an extensive background involving the foundations of fostering innovative dental modalities, and the proper execution of various surgical and nonsurgical oral enhancement processes that advance patient life quality. To date, those procedures include, but are not limited to, oral implants, extraction, bone grafting, crowns, veneers, aesthetic procedures like Botox, digital dentures and Invisalign.
Coming from a long line of dentists, it became the calling for Dr. Lucchese Jr. to follow his father’s 50+ tenured footsteps into dentistry. To date, he has built a large inventory of procedures that have led to his current endorsed standing. Academically, he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from SUNYB in 1984, graduated from the ECMC Residency Program in 1985, and became an alumnus of the post-graduate Program of Esthetic Dentistry at Case Western Reserve in 1992. This was followed by several renowned Fellowships, including at the Academy of General Dentistry in 1992, a Fellowship with International Dento-Facial Esthetics in 2002, and a Fellowship with International Congress Oral Implants in 2007.

With a need for lifelong learning, Dr. Lucchese Jr. continued his academics amid professional practice, attaining his Invisalign Training Certification, becoming an Associate Fellowship of Biolase Laser in 2013. More recently, he was the Chief Clinical Director of Resident Affairs and underwent the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at Dental Health Center of NYU Langone School of Dentistry in 2019. With a history of servicing a large range of patients from all walks of life, and ongoingly seeks educational opportunities to remain ahead of industry evolutions and integrations to apply that across his dynamic care specializations.
Throughout his career and academics, Dr. Lucchese Jr. has gained high accolades for his customizations, tailored approaches, and aligning patient visions with actionable steps that ensure they attain their unique version of success. More interpersonally, his reputation also stems from his compassionate ambiance, transparent nature, and for his welcoming environment that allows patients to feel both safe and heard as they navigate the best treatment plan forward. With this as his base, he looks forward to continuing his family’s legacy and practice for another 20+ years, with a core focus on ensuring every patient attains the exceptional care and results they innately deserve.
